OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS OF SPEAKING & TEACHING, I’VE HEARD PEOPLE SAY THAT COMING TO MY
EVENTS, WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS WAS LIKE “GOING TO THERAPY & CHURCH” ALL AT ONCE.
EVEN IN YOGA, PEOPLE USED TO SAY THAT THEY CAME TO CLASS JUST TO HEAR WHAT I HAD TO SAY.
They called it “going to KK Church”. HA!
Which is funny, because I can’t help but notice how so many people have been choosing to leave “the church” lately.
I've heard the phrase “recovering Catholic” so many times now it hurts.
Maybe it's because people don't like what they're seeing and hearing about the clergy.
Maybe they no longer feel welcome in their congregation or parish (or never did).
Maybe they're not so sure anymore who “God” really is or what “worship” means to them.
Whatever the reason or stories, I just know that there’s a growing sense of folks feeling “disconnected”.
WHAT I'M SEEING IS THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE, WHEN THEY "LEAVE THE CHURCH"
- THEY ALSO KINDA' LEAVE GOD BEHIND TOO.
Throwing out Baby Jesus with the bath water, so to speak.
So I felt called to create a safe, inclusive, SOULFUL SPACE where everyone would be welcome. A community of people with diverse backgrounds and beliefs - who might come from all religions or no religions. A place for our brothers and sisters to join together in both sacred curiosity and communion. A non-judgmental and fearless forum to discuss things of the Mind, Heart & Spirit that deepen and inspire our connections & relationships to LOVE.
FOR THE PAST 25+ YEARS, I’VE TAKEN A NO-BULLSHIT, DOWN-TO-EARTH,
PRACTICAL APPROACH TO THE DIVINE.
My faith is deep and unwavering – but it’s not blind faith.
It’s built on years of daily devotional practice… Of me questioning everything (including myself), cutting out the middle-man, aligning with my own Inner Teacher, and cultivating a deep, trusting relationship with my Spiritual Team & God.

For the past 26+ years I’ve been a dedicated student of A Course in Miracles and Yoga.
I’ve also spent the last two decades teaching Yoga, practicing Passage Meditation, leading transformational workshops & retreats and helping people navigate the traumas and dramas of “the human experience”.
In 2013, I became a certified Spiritual Mentor and I can tell you straight-up that I’ve seen & heard for myself,
an overwhelming need for this kind of offering.
People want to feel a true-blue connection between their Spiritual Life and their Everyday Life.
They want to know how to apply these powerful, mystical principles to the daily feckin’ mundane.
They don’t want to just talk and read and theorize about this stuff anymore - they want to LIVE it!
