At Your Core

At the core of who we truly are, there lies a unique and beautiful individual being and soul who is here for a purpose.

Unfortunately, sometimes as children life can hit us wicked hard with the kind of stuff that alters, shifts and changes us. The kind of events, experiences and environments that begin to shape and mold how we see ourselves, the people around us, the world, and our place in it.

Today on The Karen Kenney Show, we’re talking about going back to the core of who we are. Remembering the beautiful, sparkly, Divine self that lives unchanging inside each of us.

The core that has been covered up, much like those Russian Nesting Dolls, by stories, memories, beliefs, habits and old conditioning. Layers built from pain, hurt, trauma, grief, let downs and all the other challenging stuff that life sometimes throws our way.

This is where a deeper look at who we are, where we came from and why we feel as we do is so important. It’s in these awarenesses and realizations that allows us to move into asking …

What am I going to do about it now? And at what point am I willing to say, “the buck stops here?”

Join me today in no longer focusing on and identifying so much with our ever-changing ego self, and the outer physical shell that will one day eventually fall away…

But instead putting our focus on what forever remains unchanged inside us and ask…

What is really at our core?
