Thai Yoga is an ancient and timeless therapeutic approach that combines yoga with an extensive range of touch techniques you give using your whole body – hands, feet, forearms, elbows, knees, etc. It’s amazingly effective in promoting deep relaxation, helps ease all kinds of aches & pains, improves circulation, boosts the immune system, and balances the body energetically, which deepens and enhances the mind-body-spirit connection. Thai Yoga incorporates an integrative form of yoga for the practitioner as well as the recipient, enhancing one’s sense of alignment, vitality and health.
This 4-day (32 hour) training takes place over two weekends and will teach you how to tap into your own innate abilities to give a sensational Thai Yoga session. You’ll learn a complete 90-minute Metta Massage, focusing on:
Safe & effective bodywork for shoulders, head, back, hands, legs, abdomen, and feet
Assisted yoga postures
Quality loving touch
How to get started on a successful Thai Yoga career
